The Jubilee Wood was planted in the spring of 2003. Anyone who could spare a few hours was roped in either to plant saplings, place the tree tubes and stakes over the young trees or put the weed mats around the base of the newly planted trees.
Heres a selection of photographs taken by a young photographer. A lot of sky and a bit shaky but you will get the flavour of the event and if you have your own photos which you could share please let us know.
