Or a mobile signal for Smart Meters
If the first then will this affect all networks
If for just smartmeters then the effort will outweigh the benefits
Echoing Stephen’s comment, is there any planning or background doc from the Harlequin Group or the district council publicly available? If not, has anyone submitted a Freedom of Information request? Particularly keen to understand what this is for and what alternative sites are under consideration.
