Aerial photos of the maze that has been created at St Margaret’s Church in Luddington.
The maze was designed and cut into the churchyard by Carry Akroyd and Gordon Monk several years ago to encourage the children of the village and surrounding area to enjoy and discover the local flora and fauna. The hope is to improve the diversity of the planting as the maze becomes more established.

This weekend saw the Tour of Cambridgeshire Gran Fondo cycle event pass through our village on its 80 mile route. Here are a few photos of the event.

Here’s a few aerial pictures of Great Gidding as Britain is being battered by icy weather this week by the polar vortex nicknamed “Beast From The East”. Although it looks fairly benign the temperatures have plummeted to minus 10 degrees and below.
